Denim on denim with a hint of pastels

You can never go wrong with a denim on denim outfit all year long. Of course, pants and long sleeves shirts and jackets are preferred during the colder months but the way global warming has been showing off lately, all these so-called fashion rules don't really matter lol  As a general rule when it comes to denim on denim though, it is best to wear the lighter denim color on top and the darker one on the bottom. Here, I paired a cutout shirt with a split skirt. I chose  a statement necklace and finished off with pastel accessories. How are you rocking denim on denim this season?
