Faux Suede

 First post of 2017! So first let me start by saying HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

It has been raining for the past 3 days here in LA and frankly considering I just got back and that my son is back to school, I'm NOT loving these rainy days at all. But this is not what we want to talk about now, is it? 

Every year, most of us want to set out goals and aspirations for the new year that we want to stick to... One resolution that I intend to carry through the year 2017 is only buy things that I actually need; and if they're wardrobe pieces, only get pieces that will add something to what I already have. That's why I was elated when I came across these classic boots at a fraction of what they usually cost too! Oh and this Orange yam number was just too good to pass up for the avid thrifter that I am. I especially love that it looks like a suede dress but it's actually leather! So I get to wear a "short" dress in cold weather and just add my Ownbrown tights to keep my legs warm.
